Monster, these verbs are tough for the English speaker because what is usually the object in English becomes the subject in Spanish. In the first sentence, for example, think of "ver películas de horror" as the subject of the sentence. A verb in its infinitive form (in this case, ver) is considered singular in Spanish, so you need the third-person, singular conjugation of gustar, that is, gusta

In the same way, "las comedias" is the subject of sentence # 2. Because "comedies" is plural, you need the third-person, plural form of gustar, that is, gustan.

See if thinking of the sentences in the following ways helps:

A mis hermanos y a mí nos gusta ver películas de horror. To my brothers and me, watching horror movies [nos gusta] is pleasing to us. To my brothers and me, watching horror movies [nos gusta] is likable to us.

A mí también me gustan las comedias. To me also, comedies [me gustan are pleasing to me. To me also, comedies [me gustan] are enjoyable to me.

¿A ti te interesan las películas de ciencia ficción? To you, science fiction movies [te interesan] are interesting to you?

A él no le interesan nada los programas de entrevistas. To him, the interview programs [no le interesan nada] are not at all interesting to him

A ellos les faltan quince dólares para comprar el boleto. To them, $15.00 [les faltan] are missing for them to buy the ticket. To them, $15.00 [les faltan] are lacking for them to buy the ticket.

Also, remember that the a + pronoun expressions are used for emphasis or clarification but are not required. For example:

A mí me interesan las peliculas de Tom Hanks.

and

Me interesan las peliculas de Tom Hanks.

mean exactly the same thing!

The last two are incorrect. Remember how interesar and faltar work...the verb needs to match what its describing and the article needs to match what goes after "a ___"

A él no _____________ nada los programas de entrevistas.

A ellos ____________ quince dólares para comprar el boleto.

Hope that helps a little bit!
