Correct answers for "wife to be" are "novia" or "prometida" depending where you are.

If you spell the English correctly, as in fiancée, you can look up your answer in the dictionary portion of this site.

As 'novia' can also mean girlfriend or bride, prometida is probably the best expression.

You can use novia, but if you want to differentiate between girlfriend and fiancee, you can use "prometida" (like geofc said) or "novia con promiso". Both mean that she belongs to YOU and that others need not apply.
