Is anybody having problems watching the videos?

Question

When i try to watch a video to start a new lesson it takes ages to load and then will not play. Could somebody please tell me how to resolve this.

I only have a problem when an ad is played first. The ad plays in 2 second bursts and increases the load time. I believe part of the problem is that the lesson is buffering while the ad is attempting to play.

Try reloading the page, for me the ads don’t play every time.

I sometimes have this problem as well. Reloading the video sometimes fixes the problem. Other time, closing the browser and re-opening it will make the video work. Unfortunately, there have been times that it won't play no matter what I do so I give up, come back later, and magically it works!
