Help with a Slogan

Question

This a slogan from a medical corporation. I need to translate it for my interpreting class.

"We Do The Things Than Make Managed Care Work"

Here's my best shot:

Hacemos las cosas, entonces hacemos trabajar el cuidado administrado.

Here is a suggested improvement (but I don't think it is the best answer):

Hacemos las cosas que hacen funcionar el cuidado administrado.

It is the translation of "Managed Care" (cuidado administrado) that I'm not that pleased with. It is certainly a catch-phrase in the United States these days. How do you spanish-speaking residents of the USA say it?
