"Que el Dios bendice esta niña"
"Niñita" if she's a wee one.
Oops! you seem to be wanting to say this to the little girl in question so let's change it to
"Que el Dios te bendice, niña/niñita/mijita/(her name)"

Geof I believe that you are correct but do you really need to include the article el in front of Dios since you would normally say Dios te bendiga = God Bless You directly to a person without the el ? - FELIZ77, May 22, 2010
