For men: bienvenidos
Even if there is only one man and a hundred women: bienvenidos

Yes. Bienvenidos means Welcome. For example Bienvenidos a México. Welcome to Mexico or Bienvenidos a la escuela. Welcome to the school. I hope that helped!
