In spanish how do you say I washed the child's hands for him? I brushed the child's teeth? (not my own teeth)

if you are refering to someone else.

le lavé las manos al niño = I washed the child's hands for him

le lavé los dientes al niño = I brushed the child's teeth o le cepillé los dientes al niño = I brushed the child's teeth

The key is that the reflexive form of the verb is not used as the subject is not both the doer and receiver of the verb's action.

aside:

If you use para el niño instead of the al niño construction that isak opted for, there is disagreement on whether the i.o.p. (le) is needed.

Lavé las manos del niño para él.
