"Pretty good." It's slang. It's used more or less like "cool" in Spanish.

It's a form that started in the Madrid of "la movida" in the late seventies earty eighties that basically means "cool" or "like" (as in i like it)
Como mola - it's so cool
como molas - you're so cool
