"Dance to" as in an informal command would be "Baila a ...."

If you're telling someone to do it (imperative) - Baile a la música folklórica de México. - Dance to Mexican folk music.

If you're talking about someone doing it - Él/ella/usted baila a la música folklórica de México. - He/she/you dances to Mexican folk music.

Good point. I was wondering myself if she was asking about actually dancing to the music rather than a command. - Delores--Lindsey, May 21, 2010
