Here is a link to lesson 1 of Learn Spanish.
The lessons are divided in parts:
the video lesson (100 pts)
the flashcard lessons (Recognize, Listen, Recall) 600 points
the Write exercises (150 pts)
The Speak Exercises (150 pts).
Each lesson is approximately worth 1000 pts. (The points are meaningless, they are for self-motivation only).
The lessons can be taken in any order (although, the spoken Spanish and topics get progressively more advanced). You may take portions of any lesson in any order and interrupt and return to them at later times, but you need 750 pts. to get credit for completing the lesson.
If you have any specific questions (such as how to obtain the latest version of Adobe flashplayer, etc.) just ask it in your thread.
The lessons are available for download to various forms of media (file, phone, CD player, other websites, ipods, etc.)
Click on the Learn Spanish tab at the top of the page and click a lesson (preferably Lesson 1)
