I'm trying to transcribe this sentence from a tape and it sounds like the speaker says hubia habido for the translation of "there would have been", but I'm not familiar with 'hubia'. Shouldn't it be past subjunctive of haber-- like hubiese or hubiera???

Es de suponer que habría tenido lugar una transmisión secundaria.
