How can I ask for the Drs updated (Liability Insurance). He lives in Puerto Rico and they all speak spanish.

The correct sentence would be "Doctor's updated liablity insurance" or "current liability insurance policy". This is regarding malpractice insurance.

I could only do a translator intepretation.

What exactly is Drs updated (yes I know about liability insurance - I had a good friend who was a specialist underwriter in the area)? I see no references. If "he" is a doctor then why can't "he" do what we all do and find it on the web etc? Come to that, so could you go looking. We all obviously know less about it than you do at this time.
