Language schools in Mexico or Central America?

I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations, preferably based on experience, for immersion type Spanish language schools in either Mexico or Central America.

Didn't I read on the forum somewhere that you've been to Oaxaca? There's a great school there that I highly recommend. PM me if you want more info.

Estoy borracho,
Party with the locals (university students) in CR and you will be immersed as far as you can get.
Just down the street from my house you can take a Spanish class or any other class in Spanish you want in CR.
