Probably two people speaking.

A - Con permiso. (Excuse me.)

B - Claro que sí. (response...Of course).

Could it be "con permiso"? "Excuse me" (I'm trying to get past you and you're in the way).

I don't know what "conparniso" means, but "claro que sí" meams "of course
