Hi and welcome to the forum.
This means "Where are we from?"
You can also ask ..
"¿De dónde eres?" (Where are you from?) (informal)
"¿De dónde es usted?" (Where are you from?) (formal)
And in reply you can say...
"Soy de Neuva York." (I'm from New York.)
