listening section failures

Some times when I am taking the listening quiz, some of the listening pages don't have sound. For example I will do 3 or 4 okay and then the next one I have to guess what they said because the voice speaking the word doesn't speak. Is this my computer or a glitch in the system?

I have noticed this too. It sometimes seems that the bigger the word is the less likely the computer says it but that is not always the case. I have noticed that sometimes there is just a delay and if you retry the lesson it may say it. Your guess is as good as mine.
