Interestingly, the definition given by Wikipedia does not necessarily correspond with this one, nor does it intuitively fit with the way it is used in some of Wikipedia's own articles. But that's the word, all right.

Granted, I don't know the answer, however, in Spanish I would think that the "ph" should be replaced with an "f".

ex.

physics - física

In wikipedia I found it translated into Portuguese. It is spelled pseudepigrafia.

I googled it and could not find a Spanish translation. I find a lot of Latin based terms in medicine are the same or almost the same in Spanish.I would use the same word, unless you hear from others.
