Grano or Granito means spot?
I was taught Grano is a spot that you get after you get a small cut or something like that, is this right?

I don't know about grano in this context, but you could probably use "mancha," "cicatriz," "marca (de una herida)" or possibly "rasguño (scratch)."
I think Grano is spot. According to the dictionary, it means pimple. Granito doesn't have anything to do with spots unless you are talking about diamonds.
