Or did you want ese a ele ele y-griega. Names are not usually changed although they may be pronouced differently. My name is Vincent but it seems difficult for some to not convert it to Benson when saying it. In Germany, it usually came out as Fincent. Instead of the b-v thing, there they have a v-w thing (Folks Vagen for Volkswagen). Its us, the English speakers that seem to be guilty of changing names to suit us. Geneva for the beautiful Swiss town of Genf, Venice for Venezia. I think Juan should be left as Juan until he decides that he wants to be called John (or Fred!) although why he would is beyond me. Sally is pretty, I hope no one does change it.
Sally's name doesn't change if she moves to Mexico. There is a latino first name, "Salvación," and she may be called Sally for short.
