Does grano mean pimple only or does it include any kind of spot on the body?

There are many translations in spanish: Ir al grano. - go to the point. Granos de arroz, maiz, etc : rice gran, corn grain. Grano like acne : acne pimples. grano of construction materials: grain of sandpaper.

I think regarding the body it's only pimple, but it also means grain of sand or salt etc.
