People in South Texas pronounce cuñado as cuñao and venado as venao, is that understandable still when talking?

was your use of "consants" for "consonants" intentional? :) - Rikko, May 15, 2010

I understand your pain. I imagine that it happens in all languages.

It's just like when we, in English, say "wanna" (want to), "gonna" (going to), "I dunno" (I don't know), etc.

We also say "proly" or "probly" for "probably" - Austin67427, May 15, 2010

It's understandable if you know to listen for it.

At the risk of sounding repetitious, just as we have speakers of Lazy English, so we do of Lazy Spanish - unfortunately.

- 005faa61, May 15, 2010
