Translations of "Hot"...

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me with the multiple different words for "hot", and I get them confused and it seems that others do, as well.
For example:
-It is hot outside today.
-The coffee is hot.
-the chili pepper is hot (spicy)
-what would be the most appropriate word for the english (american) term hot (sexy)... as in "that girl is hot".. I know it's a slang, so none of the literal translations for "hot" would work in this case.
I always jumble "caliente/picante/calor/etc.
Thanks!
