You just can't say "I need hip replacements" in real Spanish. You have to say "I need replacements for my hips". Don't ask me why but that's how it is.
"Ahora necesito tambien que me remplazan las dos caderas."
They told me in 1981 that I needed one new hip and it ain't happened yet so look for other options and hang in there. On the other hand My pa-in-law had two new hips and they did him a world of good so maybe that's what's best.
Best of luck.
Also not native. Also like the first one. But i think maybe reemplazadoS ??
Gravy. I like the first one but I am not native, it just sounds right to me, but don't take my word, they will problem come to disagree soon, and they will be right. Gracias. The third sounds OK but I think it sounds rough to my ears.
