You're probably thinking of a conjugation of haber. "I have seen" (Yo) he visto

Birland is right...it's probably the first person conjugation of haber, which is the auxiliary verb (helping verb) "to have".
Here's how it works: You take "he" and pair it up with the past participle of a verb (using the - ado and - ido endings).
Some examples,
He tenido = I have had
He comido = I have eaten
He hablado = I have spoken
Has dicho = You have said
Ha comido = She has eaten
