"Qué deseo más"

Can this be "What else do you want/wish (of me)" or does it have to be "What do you want more/most". I think they said it the first way in a show I am watching. Gracias..

First is correct ...Que más quieres de mi? Second maybe traduces : Que más quieres ?

I'd say it this way:
¿Qué más desea (usted)?
¿Qué más deseas?
¿Desea (usted) algo más?
¿Deseas algo más?

"¿Qué deseo más?" - "What do I wish for the most?"
"¿Qué mas deseas de mi?" - "What else do you want/wish (of me)"
