stock in spanish means inventory - inventario stock es surtir in this case : muevo las bebidas o surto la barra

In the case of the bar, I would use Reponer, but "reponer las botellas," etc, not "reponer el bar."

I'd say "rellenar" for re-stocking the bar but I'll let you look up the conjugation for yourself.

Hmmm...in Mexico "almacenar" is to put something into a warehouse, or to stock up on something.

I don't know for sure, but if nobody else comes along with an answer, this is at least a start.
