Do you want a translation? If so, who are you talking to because that determines which verb you use. If you're talking to a lover or a significant other, you would say "aun me amas?". However, if you're talking to a family member or friend, you could say "aun me quieres?"

¿Sigues queriéndome? Seguir + gerundio = continuation of action and here seguir takes the place of todavía.
