But the translation is:
¿Aún me quieres?
I can't answer you because I don't know you. If you want a translation, it's ¿Aún me quieres?
Do you want a translation? If so, who are you talking to because that determines which verb you use. If you're talking to a lover or a significant other, you would say "aun me amas?". However, if you're talking to a family member or friend, you could say "aun me quieres?"
¿Sigues queriéndome? Seguir + gerundio = continuation of action and here seguir takes the place of todavía.
Aún me quieres? Todavía me quieres? Aún and todavía are synonymous
