unrecognized phrase in lesson 2.2

Question

Hi all, I wanna ask about in the intro part of Lesson 2.2, Paralee says "Hoy aprenderás de los días festivos y el futuro informal como..." followed by a phrase I don't get, could someone identify it for me?

And also, the phrase after that is clearly "voy a celebrar mis cumpleaños". I can understand to say "I'm going to celebrate my next birthday" but isn't it strange to say "I'll celebrate those birthdays" after that? Just wondering

And you are right, it should be mi cumpleaños, I guess we only have one each year
