I need help with this question
Liene los blancos con el presente o el pretérito de los verbos indicados entre paréntesis.(fill in the blacks with the present or the preterite tense of the verbs indicated in parentheses.)

Try the conjugation section (http://www.spanishdict.com/conjugation), it's quite useful.

Hi ghost, and welcome to the forum.
It's "Llene", not Liene.
So for the sentence, you want either the present tense of querer, or the preterite tense of querer.
Since the sentence is referring to "mañana"- tomorrow, I think the preterite would be the wrong choice!
