Hello, and welcome to the forum. It means, "I don't know what you're talking about, baby." The Spanish is a bit mangled. It should read, "No sé de lo que me estás hablando, bebé."

I just looked it up in the translator, and I got the answer - "I don't know you mean, babe?"
