I saw a recipe calling for "salsa martajada." What is it?

Hot sauce chili made with green or red tomatoes, onion, garlic, salt and some green hot peppers toasted and crushed in a kind of ancient mortar made of volcanic rock called "molcajete", so martajada means the chilis and tomatoes are not totally mashed.
