Suave - Smooth . As in " lo Hace Suavemente " - He did it smoothly . kind of saying in a smooth manner. Liso - Smoot . El Exterior de la Carra es liso - The exterior of the car is smooth. smooth as in the feeling like an adjective. smooth has 2 meanings in english - Awesome and the "smooth , slick " feeling . but there are 2 different words in Spanish for both these meanings of smooth.

"Liso" is the quality of a smooth surface, such as a smooth table, or a coin that has been worn down. "Liso" also refers to straight hair.

"Suave" on the other hand refers to that soft quality of baby skin, chocolate mousse or silk, for example.
