"Retestina"

Question

Así huele la virilidad cuando no se lava, cuando se retestina y repercute.

This is from a novel by Pilar Bellver. I can't find retestina anywhere.

Anybody know this term?

This is from WordReference, unfortunately the link for the source (a dictionary of regionalisms which seems very interesting) is broken.

the regional word retestinar is found in Murcia and Andalucia but also in Toledo, meaning penetrate (said of dirt, suciedad). Another meaning seems to be twist or wring.

It appears to make sense with the no se lava
