I always think of conocer as "to be familiar with", similar to conocer with a person, so I would take it to mean what drinks have you tried in the past.

Very hypothetically speaking, are you in a situation where someone wishes to buy you a drink in foreign parts and wants to know if (or not) there's anything you've actually heard of?

This could give rise to "que bebidas conoces" = "what drinks do you know about?" or loosely "what drinks have you heard of?"

So you reel off everyting from tea and coffee to Dr Pepper and Tizer and they may or may not be able to suit your preferences.

This question seems to ask "What drinks do you know?"

Could the person asking the question be asking "Qué bebidas quieres?" instead??

meaning "What drinks do you want?"
