If this is a salutation then you should change the category of your post.

"¿Cómo estás hoy?" if you are looking for a translation.

"¿Cómo está? would suffice unless the today is meaningful (say, the person is recovering from an illness.)

In my time in Chile, you would mostly hear "como te vas" or "que (me) cuentas (de tu vida)". Bits in brackets are optional so you've got four variations of the second there. Further options are to add "hombre" or other stuff on the end.
