From what I know, it is commonly used along the east coast of South America and Northern Central America (and maybe Chile as well). The verbs used with voseo, in simplest terms drop the final "r" from the infinitive and add an "s". (There may be more to it than that, but mostly that works). The only irregular I know of is "sos" for ser. I have no idea how it is used in the past or future...? Que decis, vos?
