Hi Ken. In your title you say "wake up" and in your post you say "get up." There is a bit of a difference in "wake up" and "get up."

"Me levanto muy temprano todas las dias."

You're right. It means "I get up...."

"Me despierto muy temprano" means that "I wake up very early."
