How to say 'You were absent'

How to say 'You were absent'

I need your help, please. We agreed to meet but the other person was absent. How can I say 'You were absent at the lesson yesterday. You didn't keep your promise.'

Has faltado a clase ayer. / Faltaste a clase ayer. Faltaste a tu promesa.

Should I change faltado/faltada (masculine/feminine)? And what about these words: ‘I have seen’ – He visto/he vista? ‘I have found’ – He encontrado/a? Thank you.

In my opinion are both of them correct:

Has faltado a clase ayer. Faltaste a tu promesa.

Faltaste a clase ayer. Faltaste a tu promesa.

About participle form of verb, it doesn't have genre.

Sorry for my English.
