Do I need to put "el" on dates? for example,
when I say, "I arrive on March 3.", should I say, "Llego un el tres de Marzo."?

Yes, but did you mean "en"; not "un"?
Omit them both and write:
Llego el tres de marzo. (Spanish doesn't capitalize months unless they are headings.)
Thank you and it was a typo mistake. So we put an definite article in front of the dates. Llego el tres de marzo. Thank you for the advice. ¡Gracias!
