A bit long-winded but more accurate I think.
Balancear is the verb used for swinging your arms, a racket, an ax, etc. So, the noun would be vaivén or balanceo. Both of those nouns are masculine and will have "el" in front of them.
Could you use el movimiento de la raqueta deber ser....?
