Well, it means like a dry dock or a place where you build ships. However, I don't know why it would be the name of a motorcycle. I'm sorry

Cars have been named for ski resorts, race tracks and all sorts so why not a resort town for a bike? - geofc, May 6, 2010

Suggest you try Google or Bing - or maybe a Spanish biker.

Bing not so good - thousands of links for Cuban resort Varadero which I assume is the source of the name of the bike. Just possible that "varadero" is antique Spanish for the dry dock or one of its facilities which originated the town.
