Translation help needed, how would you ask for a refund or an exchange?

Question

I have a Spanish role play exam tomorrow and i need to know how to ask for a return and refund in a shop. Could anyone help me translate these questions and statements correctly:

1) Can I have an exchange on this item?

2) Can I have a refund on this item?

3) There is a mark on it.

4) There is a hole in it.

5) Here is my receipt.

Thank-you! I could probably blag these sentences but i'd really like to memorise them without any errors.

1) Puedo cambiar este artículo? 2) Puedo devolver este articulo? 3) Tiene una marca - Tiene una mancha (if its dirt) 4) Tiene un agujero. 5) Aquí está mi recibo.

I think I'd use "quiero cambiar/devolver". "Can I" or "puedo" allows a quick answer "no" while "quiero" at the least gains an explanation of why it can't be done.

Sí, reembolso también y otra opcion para "exchange" puede ser "intercambiar".
