sé que usted no sabrá si usted está ocupado o no... pero Me voy a reservar la mesa pronto por mi cumpleaños, porque creo que está ocupado los miércoles, cada miércoles, diferentes Culinaria.. así que voy a reservar un asiento y espero que puedes venir...espero estes bien.. te echo de menos tambien

Ok, here's my attempt...
I know that you don't know if you are busy or not... but I'm going to reserve a table soon for my birthday, because I think that it is busy on Wednesdays, every Wednesday there's different cooking (food?)... so I am going to reserve a seat and hope you can come... I hope that you're well... I miss you too.
