I don't really want it to be like this, but what else IS there. I'm thinking it would be more like "What more can I do" in Spanish. Bueno, que más puedo hacer? Gracias. No quiero que ?? how do I say "it to be" esta? lo esta? Sorry guys. Gracias.

I'm not sure I understand your question..."What else is there?" - "¿Qué más hay?" Or - "¿Hay algo más?"
