Titrating multiple vasopressors?

A ICU nurse writing essay for my spanish teacher. Must translate phrase about what excites me about working in critical care. I 'm excited about titrating multiple vasopressor drugs to keep someone alive.

In terms of Spanish medical terminology, I believe that the following are the most appropriate translations

To titrate something - ajustar el dosis de algo

Titration - escalonamiento or ajuste de dosis
