Why las partes?
In the following sentence, someone choose to include las partes and I am having a hard time understanding why? If I were given the English sentence and told to translate it to spanish, I would have left out las partes.
Nuestros clientes son de todas las partes del mundo.
= Our customers are from all over the world.

"todas las partes" is just another way of saying "all over", or literally all the parts
if you left out las partes- "Nuestros clientes son de todo del mundo" would translate to "Our clients are from all of the world", when it should be all over the world.
So the best way to say "all over the world" would be "todas las partes del mundo", literally all the parts of the world
Do you mean, then, that your clients are international (with no identifiable nationality) or that among your clients there are people from a variety of nationalities?
Latin root I suppose as in French this sentence would be: Nos clients sont de toutes les parties du monde. Our clients are from all parts of the world.
