porfiria no esta en el diccionario de la REA.
pero la palabra existe en ingles:
porphyria: Medicine. Any of a group of hereditary diseases marked by defects of porphyrin metabolism (leading to the excretion of abnormally large quantities of porphyrins in the urine).
lo que viene a ser un defectpo genetico en el metabolismo de la sustancia 'porpfirina'' que te causa problema excretorios (orina)
