Of course some kind of form[s] of alien life exists somewhere out there in the universe.

If we accept the theory of the big bang there is no reason why chemical combinations prone to sustain life would have taken place only in one spot (though it's possible, just not probable.)

If we accept the theory of a (or several) God creating life then surely he/she would seed the galaxy with life, not only our little planet.

Now the real question is are they going to come visit us? And if they do will they treat us the way we treat others? That is the great fear.

Aliens in Mars? You`re talking about life which did not originate in Mars. Until now, Earth people have only sent robots, but they will probably get away with it and invade Mars too.

¿Hay alienígenas en Marte? would be a good choice

Now, if you´re asking if there´s Life on Mars (by the way, great English tv show) ¿Existen los marcianos? (I´m sure they do, considering some folks I met every day) or ¿Existe vida en Marte? would be my choices.
