"Pasada" it's gone by, the last one you experienced so "fin de semana pasada" = "last weekend".

Pasada =past but in the context of the sentance you gave 'semana pasada' means/= last week
el fin de la semana = the end of the week or the weekend
and.... 'el fin de la semana pasada' = last weekend
