Could anyone suggest some great beginner/intermediate Spanish podcasts.

I have been listening to Notes In Spanish lately; they have an amazing podcasts for beginners to advanced.

What I like beyond their usual teachings is explaining how to structure certain sentences for everyday use which really helps when I need to speak because then I already have these cookie cutter sentences I can use so I don't have to think of everything from scratch.

Tengo a ir a el baño.

Tengo a comprar un libro.

Tengo a comer me almuerzo.

Es que tengo que ir a medico,

Es que tengo que comer la comida.

Es que tengo que leer me libro.

Any body have any good source of other such useful podcasts or maybe even books or websites with this stuff? Or maybe even suggest other good cookie cutter sentences.

Thanks

a good question to know is ¿puedo ir al baño? can i go to the bathroom?

if someone in my class doesn't ask this question in spanish my teacher won't let

them go, and also if anyone in my class speaks in english they loose a point from their daily points.
